The diet in naturopathy is of best importance, due to the fact that atom structure the treatment consists of cleansing the system through diet. Consuming cooked food as our diet is an old tradition formed by our ancestors thousands of years ago and it is being continued by us even today. Correct diet is very important in naturopathic treatment in this system; a detailed read was created regarding the merits and demerits of each food and drink. Person can select correct diet only when he knows what constituents of food are compulsory for his body. The first components of nourishment essential for the nutrition regarding the body are proteins, Carbohydrates, Fats, Minerals and Vitamins.

Carbohydrates: Carbohydrates are the first life source for the person body. Carbohydrates with sweetener and starch. Tubers, roots, pulses, milk, cereals, etc. are the first sources of carbohydrates.

Milk, ghee, meat, veggie fats are the first source of fats. This invites diseases like high blood pressure, heat-attack, hypertension etc. Proteins: any regarding the team of highly complex organic compounds located in all living cells and comprising the greatest abundant class of all biological molecules.



Proteins are very important for diet as they can be compulsory for the growth, development, regeneration of our body. The first sources of proteins are milk, eggs, meat, pulses etc. Twenty-two variations of amino acids contain proteins. Some regarding the amino acids are produced within the body. Vitamins: These are a tiny but compulsory component of diet.



A vitamin is an organic compound compulsory like a nutrient in tiny amounts by an organism. Vitamins are substances that your body wants to grow and develop normally. There exists 13 vitamins your body needs. They can be vitamins A, C, D, E, K and the Be vitamins etc. Vitamins are organic chemical substances compulsory in quantity for the process of metabolism within the body.



Minerals: A mineral is a solid inorganic element or compound occurring in nature. They can be essential for maintaining optimal health. A mineral is a naturally occurring solid chemical substance that is formed through geological processes and that has a characteristic chemical composition, a highly ordered atomic structure, and critical physical properties. Minerals play a very important role within the complex processes going on within the body. About 20 to 30 gm of mineral salts are excreted daily from the body though urine.



This should be replaced daily through our diets.
